In simple terms, 'idiot'. Not 100% 24/7 idiots, but those that have been thought of as a bit of an idiot by the majority of Joinees at one time or another, to various degrees. We all love Mr Bonathan, for example, but he's very good at provoking people to call him a 'twat'. Atlantis, on the other hand, is close to a 24 carat moron.
