Birmingham is a city in the Midlands of England. It is a focal point for Joinees of the Midlands. The first Birmingham Meet took place on October 25th 2003. (That one was co-organised by Joinees Frost and Hodges.)
Where Nottingham became the home of the Karma Navy via the Rubber Ducks, Birmingham became the home of the Karma Airforce via Helium Balloon launches.
In May 2005, the Birmingham Maytime Meet gave birth to five unusual souls: The Rainbow Joinees.
Nowadays the regular meet in Birmingham has become FABFEB each February.
